Santa delivered the second Act, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the language version we received. After reaching out to customer support to arrange for the correct one, they went above and beyond: they replaced it without hesitation or any questions asked. On top of that, they even included a surprise gift! Not only did they save Santa, but they also managed to improve the experience entirely!

This isn’t just one of the best games we’ve played in a long time, it’s also highly educational. The quality is, in my opinion, excellent, and I imagine we’ll pass it along to others after enjoying it ourselves for quite some time.
