**Important! Spintronics Act One is needed to play this game. This is a continuation of Spintronics Act One.**

Continue Natalia's time-winding adventure and help her build more advanced spintronic circuits for the town of Little Hope. This Act Two kit begins where Act One leaves off. New parts including transistors and inductors open a vast frontier of new possibilities. The puzzles also grow more challenging, with 82 more puzzles ranging from intermediate to advanced.

Spintronics is a new game (ages 8 to adult) from the makers of Turing Tumble where players build mechanical circuits to solve puzzles. Players feel the pull of voltage and see the flow of current as they discover electronics in a tangible and deeply intuitive way, using the first physical equivalent of electronics ever built. It’s fun, fascinating, easy-to-learn, and irresistible to play.

This kit includes everything you'll need to play and complete the Act Two puzzle book:

  • 1 - Act Two puzzle book
  • 2 - Spintronic transistors
  • 1 - 55 H Spintronic inductor
  • 1 - 500 Ω Spintronic resistor
  • 4 - Spintronics junctions
  • 1 - 1.2 mF Spintronic capacitor/voltmeter
  • 300 - Chain links
  • 3 - Base tiles
  • 6 - Tile connectors

Brilliant. Great shop and great products

Wonderful production. The puzzles lack suspense and the ammeter need a vibrate sound instead of a screech. The junctions also need better explanations.

I bought this for my grandson's birthday, he's absolutely thrilled with it

Spintronics for Roboclub

As an educator I always seek innovative teaching tools. The Spintronics set by Upper Story has been a remarkable addition to my classroom. My students, having completed the Lego WeDo set, were ready to move on to Micro:bit. However, they were too young to grasp the abstract concepts of electricity typically taught with standard electric sets. Spintronics bridged this gap perfectly.
Spintronics provides a highly visual and tangible way to understand electricity. Inspired by steampunk aesthetics, its design adds an element of mystery and makes the set incredibly attractive and engaging for young learners. The mechanical metaphor used in Spintronics allows children to see and feel the components interact, simplifying complex concepts like current, resistance, and voltage.
The combination of steampunk charm and a hands-on approach kept my students motivated and eager to explore. They quickly grasped the mechanical metaphor, understanding how the parts worked together to mimic electrical circuits. This method offered a clear and quick way for them to comprehend fundamental electrical concepts, something that traditional sets often struggle to achieve with younger audiences.
The Spintronics set encouraged exploration and experimentation, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for how electrical systems work.

My grandson loves the challenge . His younger brother loves the end result so much that he wanted to take one to bed!
