    Good service, problem parts

    My enquiry was responded to immediately and spares sent very promptly and I'm very happy with the service. I do think there's a design flaw as the little black pegs (pivotal to the whole game, pun intended) which hold the levers are so flimsy and easily broken.

    We recently purchased Turing Tumble and were having an interference issue with the connectors on the back of the board. Upper Story immediately responded by sending us a complete new set of "controls" and everything is now fine.
    I'm very impressed with the unit, the company and the service.

    Fast delivery - no complications

    The title says it all. I also have to say, that this game is really well designed and brings a lot of fun to my children. Offering spare parts is great. The only issue I have, is that I now have a few spare parts I do not need. I would have been happier with ordering just the single missing piece.
